Even the doctor leiocrs when he sees the maggots right at the opening of the mans nose! Even HE can't believe what he sees! I HAVE to ask this and please don't take it as a racial thing it is NOT! Obviously these people are VERY poor are probably in SO much pain and desperate for help. Why can't they pop their own nose zit, pick a maggot out of their noses, blow their noses etc.? Is it a cultural or religious thing? They are putting their health at risk! |
